  • Sheepskin and Things Ships all footwear and jewelry from Canada. At this time, Sheepskin And Things ships merchandise Worldwide.
    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is either Picked up, delivered to your residence or indirect delivery is made and or Logistics company obtains authorized release via signature, indirect delivery,release number,and or release signature.
    All orders under $99.99 CAD are $9.99 CAD for shipping and handling within North America unless specified otherwise.
    All orders $99.99 CAD and up are free for shipping and handling within North America unless specified otherwise.

    Orders are shipped FedEx Ground within Canada and USA. (1 to 6 Business Days Canadian residents and US Residents 4 to 8 business days)
    Sheepskin and Things reserves the right to use registered mail or alternate source for shipping in the event FedEx Ground does not service those areas and or charges an Extended Delivery Area (EDA) charge.
    All sales destined to Alaska are shipped registered mail.
    Sheepskin And Things does offer FedEx Priority overnight. This can be selected during the checkout process.  

    Free pickup is available for all Calgary Residents and surrounding areas. We have a central location where customers may pay for and pick up their purchase in person. This is a service we provide for free. Payments accepted with this service are: Debit, Credit card, Money Order, & cash. You can pick up and pay for your item after 3:30pm next day. Business hours for this service are listed below.
    Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00pmSaturday and Sunday: Closed

    We are Closed all statutory holidays including November 11th Remembrance Day. We are closed each year from noon December 24th to December 26th and December noon December 31st to January 1st. All orders placed during during these dates will not be affected and will ship on the next business day.

    Return Policy
     
    Christmas purchases:  All purchases made from October 29th 2010,  to November 29th, 2010 will be able to use option 3. We understand that at this time of year consumers have already started their Christmas shopping for family and friends.
    We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That is why we are extending our exchange policy for the Holiday Season. Read option 3 for full details.

    Option 1:
     
    We accept returns for refund with a 15% restocking fee and only if the following conditions are met. 
    1. Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number. 
    2. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
    3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear. 
    4. Shipping costs to and from the are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
    5. Product must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
    Option 2:
     
    We accept returns for Exchange and only if the following conditions have been met. 
    1. Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.
    2. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
    3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
    4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
    5. Product must be returned within 14 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
    Option 3: Christmas gifts
     
    Should your item be a gift purchase made after October 29th, 2010 and before November 29th, 2010 we have extended your exchange date until noon on December 31st, 2010. We will honor the exchange for an item of equal or greater value and only if the following conditions are met.
     
    1. Purchaser must contact us by phone by 12:00 PM December 31st 2010 for a Return Authorization number. 
    2. All product must be in new condition and verified by us as the original item** that was shipped from our store with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
    3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
    4. Shipping costs to and from are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
    5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
     
     *In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorb reasonable shipping costs up $20.00 CAD.
     

    **Items that are verified not to be purchased from our store will not be applicable for a refund or exchange. Shipping arrangements and costs will be the sole responsibility of the sender. We can not accept or sell footwear purchased from other stores.  Bead colour pattern of mukluks and moccasins are recorded at the time of shipping
